Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new chart
2. Choose the chart tool options
3. Make some changes (eg. check 3D and the 3 label checkboxes)
4. Add a new chart
-> The chart is default but still the checkboxes are checked and don't reflect that.

This bug was fixed by Johannes Simon some time ago.
