Description Miikka Salminen 2008-10-24 18:35:36 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

When viewing a mounted DVD in Dolphin and clicking on the disc icon next to the address bar, Eject is shown twice in the menu.

For me (and for this particular DVD), the menu appears as follows:
Eject 'CNCTFD'
Home
Network
Root
Trash
------------- (a horizontal bar)
Eject 'CNCTFD'

Both of the Ejects seem to work correctly, but only one (in my opinion, the last one, for clarity) is needed.

Additional research shows, that the first Eject entry (with the name of the DVD!) appears also when clicking the hard disk icon of my USB hard disk. The lower menu item is, however, shown correctly.

So the menu for my USB disk is:
Eject 'CNCTFD'
Home
Network
Root
Trash
------------- (a horizontal bar)
Safely Remove 'EXTSEAGATE'

Clicking on the "Eject 'CNCTFD'", the DVD is not ejected, but the hard disk is unmounted.

OK, closing as WORKSFORME as I can't reproduce it.
Feel free to REOPEN if you can still reproduce this bug in 4.2.0 or even better on trunk.
