Description Dotan Cohen 2008-10-06 15:07:34 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.1)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

On a brand new install of Kubuntu with KDE 4 with the default settings, Dolphin and other KDE applications truncate the bottom of text in panels and dialogs. See screenshot.

If not affected by your default install, this is a way to force the bug to appear:
Kickoff -> System Settings -> Appearance -> Fonts -> Change 'Small' to bigger size (e.g. 16pt) -> apply and try again

Bug affects Dolphin, not Plasma. Moving to correct product.
Comment 3 Dotan Cohen 2008-10-07 00:14:00 UTC
Thank you Harald. I filed under Plasma as the problem occurs in additional applications, and in every theme. When I reinstall KDE 4.x I will add screenshots of other applications that display this bug.

I cannot reproduce in Trunk. If the problem reappears then I will reopen the bug. Thanks.
