The layerbox shows different layers selected, but the tool always works on the last layer selected.

split view is disabled in 2.0

At least now the layerbox shows the correctly selected layer. Changed to wishlist.

Without split view (which isn't coming back until we redesign the entire system away from KParts), this bug is solved, since it works correctly with separate windows.
