In transfer window time is given as for example 1.78 h I think that is bug as time should be given as normal hours with minutes, and I think that no one like to be forced to compute how many time take getting some file.

I see this time format when I downloading tar file using sftp protocol.

This is a duplicate of bug 155498 (fixed in 4.2trunk) :)
