Description Christian González 2008-09-26 13:48:10 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

When Windows machines use UltraVNC, they use a special addition to the vnc protocol to support Domain logons instead of the normal password - this is a real nice feature.
KRDC can not cope with that.
I've found a patch for vncviewer, maybe this one can be adopted to the KDE vnc backend too?

This issue should be reported upstream: http://sourceforge.net/projects/libvncserver/

KRDC uses LibVNCserver (client) as VNC backend.

Just as reference:

Closing here as it's now reported upstream.
