By clicking on the FTP link in the following document on page 3, Dolphin starts up. 
tobi.oetiker.ch/lshort/lshort.pdf

If you now return to Okular, the navigation in the PDF via cursor keys and mouse is broken and the document pages are drawn at the top or bottom of the page. Only PageUp, PageDown keys work correctly.
