PROBLEM:

When editing a scalar value the dialog is captioned as "New Scalar"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Start Kst
Create a new scalar
Edit the same scalar

RESULTS:

Dialog is captioned "New Scalar"

EXPECTED RESULTS:

Dialog is captioned "Edit Scalar"
