Description Sven Lankes 2008-07-13 23:15:00 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.83)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

In kde 3.5.x it was possible to assign shortcuts to directly jump to the
1st, 2nd, 3rd ... Session/Tab.

This feature is no longer there in 4.1 beta2.

I can understand not having shortcuts assigned by default but it would be great if it would become possible again to assign shortcuts. Switching between tabs with ALT-x is a fixed shortcut in my brain for firefox and konsole - the two applications I spent 95% of my time in. (BTW: Konqueror does have those shortcuts).

Same here for KDE 4.0.98. I also really miss the ability to define shortcuts for switching between the open tabs.
