Settings/Advanced : the "Configure" button is always greyed whatever choice you make. (would make more sense to remove this button if nothing is supposed to be configured)

It would be enabled for configurable backends, but both the "dummy" in memory storage and metakit don't have any configuration, thus it's disabled.
