Right clicking in the text edit area of a rotated Notes plasmoid attempts to draw the context menu rotated. The context menu should of course be vertical.

Steps
  - Create Notes plasmoid
  - Rotate plasmoid
  - Click in the text edit area for focus
  - Right-click in the text edit area
