Version:            (using KDE 4.0.80)
Installed from:    Unlisted Binary Package
OS:                OS X

I use MAC OS X 10.5.3 and the latest package from mac.kde.org.
After install kate works fine, but there is no icons.
There is toolbars , but no icons.
No icons in the file browser too.
