widget's toolbox border behaviour violates KDE UI

I don't know to solve this exactly, but the problem is the border is meant to resize object not to move it. If I remember correctly Aaron closed my wish report to do this for windows several years ago :-) And now the idea is back but in wrong way -- wrong, because it is not consistent with the whole KDE experience.

I can just think of treating the main toolbox side as "titlebar" (for moving) and the rest for resizing.

in plasma, it is meant to move things.

Aaron, for user there is no plasma. There is desktop. And objects on it.

You are introducing more and more objects, which behave in not consistent way -- this is mess.

From other answer I can tell for sure -- plasma is unusable except for geeks (you, me). Plasma, KDE is not religion, it should be useful, and _this_ should be aim.

I test KDE to check if this usable, you check if it was meant to be some way. This is straight way for users ("regular" users) rejection.

Does anybody (including you) believes that some accountant, artist, musician will dwell on internals and will say to himself/herself "oh, right, this is plasma, plasma object behaves differently than the other part of this system".
Do you believe it? I don't -- he will drop plasma or even whole KDE. Because... why should he/she care. There is job to do.
