Description Maciej Pilichowski 2008-06-14 11:59:25 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.82)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Compare to the decorations module -- I can see the impact of those settings.

And here I see rectangle, another rectangle, another rectangle. What does mean? Is this only a color difference?

And btw. from experience, I guess it only changes panel theme, so why it is called desktop theme?

Bottom line: it is confusing.

It doesn't change only the panel, but even plasmoid decorations.
Comment 2 Maciej Pilichowski 2008-06-14 12:54:31 UTC
Ok,but from rectangle it is hard to tell, there should be some kind of more elaborate example (like in SS, decorations).
Comment 3 Marco Martin 2008-06-14 13:36:45 UTC
the rectangles presented are the backgrounds the applet will have, don't know on more clear ways without actually instantiating applets (also not too happy to present screenshots they could differ too much on how the desktop aspect will be)
