Usually RMB context menu appears under the mouse pointer when RMB is clicked, but then if you click near the bottom part of the screen, then the menu is shown above the mouse pointer, so the menu isn't cut off from the screen.
But this doesn't appen if right clicking on the note plasmoid, the context menu doesn't adapt its position according to the mouse pointer position
