Description Martin Flöser 2008-06-09 11:31:07 UTC
Version:           0.6.80 (using 4.00.81 (KDE 4.0.81 >= 20080527), compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.24-18-generic

Please provide the possibility to make reviews also in presentation mode. Currently it is only possible to draw and the markings are not stored.

This would help for the following use case scenario:

Martin has his learning materials as PDF slides. Martin wants to learn by reading the slides in presentation mode. Martin wants to highlight the important parts so that he can focus on them when looking at the slides a second time and does not have to read all slides again.

I don't feel the use scenario as valid, there is the full screen mode for that.
The presentation mode is - as the name says as well - for presentations, "overviews", but not really for reading and editing.

to be honest: I have not known that full screen mode exists. (Okular has so many great features ;-) )

I think full screen mode is acceptable - although it is not quite as perfect as presentation mode. So I set bug to worksforme.

Well, I'd prefer to use the Presentation Mode for reading and annotating documents rather than Fullscreen Mode. If you rotate a document which has the usual portrait format, Presentation Mode is ideal for reading because it uses nearly 100% of the available screen area. Fullscreen Mode still shows at least the window title bar and the (unnecessary) page shifting toolbar.
