I am not sure if this is a bug or not but here goes:

When I double click (or press Enter) on an item in the list of Keyboard shortcuts

the item disappears and a glitch appears in the arrow two items above

NB This does not occur when I double click on the keyboard shortcut itself (i.e. the right side of the item to the right side of the arrow) not the name of the item.

Item disappeared. Also notice the arrow two items above the vanishing item.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue with svn trunk r818299 (around 4.1 beta 1). The dialog seems to have changed a bit from what is shown in your screenshot - items are activated by single click, not double.

If you can still reproduce this issue with trunk/4.1 beta releases, then please reopen it.
