The same problem happens with the nicknames as shown in the tab pages of the chat window, they are also not trucated, resulting in almos unusable tabs with users with long nicknames Got a patch locally, will tweak it a bit and commit in the next days. Can you attach a screenshot showing the overlapping of text with date and time? Might as well be caused by the chat style / html rendering.
