I'm using the latest kde4daily rev (816479) and when I resize my taskbar to make it smaller the icons look like this:

It would be good if the still take up all the vertical space (so the red lines in the top row of the screenshot should be gone). The pager icons next to them have a better size!

The spacing for small panels has been fixed, for 4.2 at least.
