Description David Tonhofer 2008-06-03 15:42:35 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.4)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux

If the KDE Panel is sitting along the lower part of the display ("southern"), a
"note" can be dragged completely behind it, making it invisible and inaccessible.

This is not possible with a "western" KDE Panel for example.

Clearly an "interaction bug"
