This bug is similar to bug#146670 but not exactly the same, as in this case, it is about a string which is generated by Kontact itself and not user-generated.

If you hover a completed to-do list item, the 'Completed:' information in the tooltip shows HTML entitites like this:

Completed: Wednesday&nbsp;28&nbsp;May&nbsp;2008&nbsp;08:47
