When changing the colums in the list view, by right clicking on the top row of the list view, the appering menu steals the focus of the whole desktop sometimes. It does neither change it's nor vanish then, but you can see, that enabling or disabling the different columns still works.
By pressing escape five times one can close the menu again.

JFI: This bug still exists in Akregator 1.3.1 aka KDE 4.1.1.

This bug cannot be reproduced in KDE 4.3
