Version: 1.9.9 (using 3.5.9, compiled sources)
Compiler: Target: i586-manbo-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.24.4-desktop-1mnb

I am an english computer user, but needed chinese fonts to be installed as I travelled there for business and had some electronic Visa forms to fill in.

After installing the two Mandriva Chinese TTF fonts, some of the descriptions of k-mail are now displyed in Chinese.

For example:

"Inbox" and "favourite folders"
"Templates"

Also a couple of words when entering Settings - Configure Kmail.

Exactly what did you do for installing those fonts? Did you changed your locales or localization settings too?

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this version of Kmail has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug. Please try using the latest version of Kmail to see if your issue persists. If it does, please submit a new bug in "kmail2". Thank you!
