Description Stefan Neufeind 2008-05-15 14:37:40 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.3)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux

Started off with a fresh KDE4 (upgrade from Fedora 8), and all
colors/decoration/... looked good. Switched to e.g. the dark theme with high
contrast, to find out what it looked like. However upon changing to any other
theme, settings like monochrome for icons and some dark color-settings remained
... no matter to what theme I switch.

So currently I tried to switch to a light "KDE Classic", but still have e.g.
each second line in krusader viewed with a very dark blue background and black
text on it. Also had to set icons to e.g. "Gamma" instead of monochrome etc.

Have you experienced this bug again with a recent KDE version? (4.1.3 / 4.2beta2 / 4.2svn) ? Thanks :)

Hi, sorry but I can't/won't test that again shortly, as I have no system to break-and-repair atm :-( Maybe someone else with knowledge what files to backup etc. can.

Mh, marking as WORKSFORME.
Also, Theme Managment has been disabled since 4.1+
