Description hokki pranata 2008-05-11 17:06:36 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux

I use kmail 1.9.6--on KDE 3.5.8-7.fc8 on Fedora 8--to pop messages from qprana@gmail.com. I receive messages from yahoogroups or directly from other's email account. I sorted my inbox in descending date. But I get annoyed by some messages which had wrong timestamp set by their computer/device from which they were created. So I decided to sort it by descending order of arrival. But I got confused with the message ordering in my kmail inbox. I had compared the messages order in yahoogroups, in gmail before they were popped, and then in kmail. I also had made screenshots for those messages in each inbox. Can I attached them to clarify my explanation? Is it a bug or must I do another setup in my kmail configuration?
Btw I also experienced this strange behaviour on my Fedora 7 system using KDE 3.5.6-9.fc7.
Thank you.
