Description erik_hahn 2008-05-03 21:48:05 UTC
Version: 1.0.99 (using Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
OS: MS Windows

Try to move any file to Trash, either by contextual menu or by using a split window. This fails and you'll get an error message like "Could not write to file C:/Dokumente und Einstellungen/Administrator/.local/share/Trash/info/readmes.trashinfo"

The file stays in its place.

This works here. I thought it might be because of the spaces in directory name but I tried that too. You're using same version as me, I'm not sure what's going on. Screenshot of error maybe? Are you sure you're on 1.099? Open again if you are.

I'm definitely on 1.099, here's a screenshot of the error. I'm currently running an update to 4.0.74 in case it's fixed there.

Works for me in self compiled packages for KDE beta1 (1.099).
