When I resize the panel to any less than "Normal", The widgets are not resized with are the panel. As a result, they are cut off, with the cut part placed at the top of the screen.

This appears to be fixed, reopen if you can confirm with latest trunk

It was fixed. I guess it was part of WoC breakage. I only heard of WoC breakage after I reported the bug :o.
