Version:           4.0.3 (KDE 4.0.3) (using 4.0.3 (KDE 4.0.3), Kubuntu packages)

Neither konqueror nor dolphin are able to access samba shares, where path contain Russian (any other?) symbols (filenames are shown correctly ).
  Example: clicking on the icon Hellboy [Чертёнок] results in:
An error occurred while loading smb://video/Video/Goblin's/Hellboy [Чертёнок]:
The file or folder smb://video/Video/Goblin's/Hellboy [Чертёнок] does not exist.

 Unable to copy or open directory.

также замечена эта ошибка с некоторыми нестандартными символами латиницы, например с умляутами

users report svn version to work ok
