I use utf8 encoding on my system
'gpg -K' command shows my name correctly:
uid                  Андреев Роман Сергеевич / Andreev Roman <romanbuilder@gmail.com>

but in KGpg I see something like \x90, \x80, \x87 instead of some symbols
