Version:           4.0.2 (KDE 4.0.2) "release 17.2" (using 4.0.2 (KDE 4.0.2) "release 17.2", compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc

try to enter https://www.mbank.pl/
I'm not able to login to my e-bank, it used to work with kde 3.

the error is 
"ssl negotiation failed"

works  in 4.0.3
