Close button for tabs of the proyects (for better ussability).

I know, but with the actual versions of K3b are necessary two clicks to close the proyects. And is not very much intuitive for novices.

SVN commit 1046854 by mmalek:

Added close buttons on project tabs. Tabs are now also moveable.
