i do not see my desktop (i can open windows with alt+f2, but i see my desktop black and when i start it appears a reporting bug alert), i do not what to do i restarted it  several times but nothing

Do you run kepas by any chance?

Since you cannot provide any information on what causes this and no backtrace it sounds more like a support request rather than a bug report. Please ask on a mailinglist or on IRC in that case.

You can try to remove the plasma config rcs from ~/.kde4/share/config. Since you can use ALT+F2 it should be no problem to start dolphin or alike for that.

Have you really installed KDE 4.0.2? I had the same problem with a Beta Of KDE 4.0.0.
But it seems, that Kubuntu and KDE 4.0.2 generates troubles. Please try again with KDE 4.0.3 and rename ./kde4 to ./kde4_old and do the same with ./kde If it works after. Please close the bug.

First try to move/delete ~/.kde/share/config/plasmarc.

With 4.1 just around the corner, it's time to close off 4.0 bugs. If you get similar crashes with 4.1 please open a new bug with a full backtrace.
