Hi, Go to Settings -> Edit Current Profile -> Tabs Clear the "Local Tab Title" box, click the Insert button and select "Window title set by shell" from the drop down menu. Depending on your shell setup, the default "directory : program" tab title might be more useful most of the time. If you want to change a tab's title temporarily you can do so via Edit -> Rename Tab. In the input window that appears, you can mix plain text with dynamic elements %d (directory), %n (name of program) and %w (window title from shell) Perfect, that was just what I was looking for.
