This bug still exists in 4.0.4. I'll also point out that the location of the context menu is erratic, sometimes appearing on the left, sometimes on the right, sometimes OVER the right-click context menu, depending on where I happen to click. Still exists in KDE 4.1 Beta 1. I like the idea of having the same information in the right button that in the toolbar button, but I think it should have two things that are not yet present: * the ability to press in the first menu, in the Back entry, even if the history is shown and is possible to select an older entry there, to go Back one page. * to restrict the length of the history entries to not fill all the screen (800x600 screen) (try after visiting the bug 158036) checked in svn trunk 831729 Another easier posibility could be to have two right mouse button menu entries: one for Back and another one with Back History. *** Bug 153940 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 165254 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This submenu was an unexpected side effect during the porting to qt4/kde4. I removed it quite some time ago. The point of RMB/Back is indeed to be quickly accessible, otherwise one can use the toolbar button. |
