ok, when starting the KDE Users' Manual for the first time, it needs extremely long until the page changes. When you restart later, the time is in a normal range. My guess is that some kind of indexing takes place which doesn't give any feedback. As this thing is rather annoying for new users, I'll leave this bug open. At least in binary release 4.1.0 this problem seems to be fixed |
