There is no access to the kbugreport dialog from withing the systemsettings. I think it's very important to give easy access to this especially there, as it's a vital app and, to top that, a multi-component one; therefore if a user goes as far as going to the bugs.kde.org manually, they probably would file the bug on system-settings, even though most probably it belongs to a specific module.

If we definitely don't want menus on system-settings (and I understand we don't), then we should definitely add a button, or at the very least a bug icon (with proper tooltip) leading to a kbugreport dialog with current component preselected.
