I set some symbolic links to folders on my fat32 partition. Trying to change the directory icon from this folders won't even create a blank .directory file. addition to my comment from 2008-08-05 23:48: I'm using Kubunty Hardy with KDE 4.1 packages. Dolphin is Version 1.1. Sorry that I did not fix this bug yet - I've increased the priority now. Fixed in KDE 4.2. Sorry, can't confirm that. I'm using KDE 4.2.00 ("release 83.1") out of the openSUSE Factory Builds and still got the same problem on a mounted VFAT partition. @Michael: in your case this seems to be related to bug #182177. Maybe you can add yourself as CC to that bugreport, so that you'll get informed if this issue has been fixed. |
