Using 4.00.80.20080120 packages installed by kdewin-installer-gui-0.8.5.exe, clicking the Home icon in any application's File > Open does nothing.  It briefly highlights but nothing changes.

DebugView doesn't show anything and Process Monitor doesn't have any obvious errors.

bug in kdelibs - see network button as well.

It does to the Home location here. Note that by default, the first directory you enter is the Home location. This may be where you are confused. Otherwise, it has been fixed by now (KDE4.0.73). Thanks.
