Installed from:    MS Windows Binaries

This happens in kig.exe and kwrite.exe,
after I used kdewin-installer-gui-0.8.4-4.exe to install 3.97 2007-12-31 packages

Just click the Network icon, soon after crash!
AppName: kwrite.exe, ModName: kio.dll, Offset: 0007f590

DebugView shows
[3288] Debug:trying to load 'kio_remote'
just before the crash.

Seems fixed in 4.00.80, it now displays Local Network in italics.
