When you add enough browser panes to make the tab bar add the scroll buttons the right most tab is visible under the scroll buttons.  I've seen this with the Application Launcher as well.
Also, the buttons "hang" down too far.

Just a side note... the whole new tab/close tab doesn't look so good.  I like Firefox's close button on the tab.
I'll add an image to show what I'm talking about.
