Description Philipp Meng 2008-01-15 12:19:10 UTC
Version: Version 1.9.6 (enterprise 0.20070907.709405) (using KDE KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

Our Webserver sends us the information users put in a questionnaire online. Now it happens, that sometimes people want to get contacted, so i created a template for this.
Now the way i send them the template is:
Right click on the emailadress in the text of the email - select "copy Email adress" - go to the templates - right click on the template - select "new message from template" - click in the adress field - paste the emailadress
This is a very unconvenient way, and ii would be really cool if it would be possible to integrate the "new message from template" selection in the right-click-menu when clicking on an email adress. So i can right click on it - select the template i want and the message comes up - emailadress pasted inside already....

Thanks,

Philipp

If I understand this correctly, all you need is to create reply-templates, which is already possible.
Go to Settings->Configure KMail->Composer->Custom Templates and add a new template with the "Reply" as template type.
Then, you can right click a message and chose Reply->Reply with custom template.

If I misunderstood you, please reopen the report.
