I installed kde-i18n 3.5.7 (emerge --nodeps -v =kde-base/kde-i18n-3.5.7) without doing anything else to the rest of KDE 3.5.8. The translation-caused kmail bug is not in kde-i18n 3.5.7 simply because the e-mail templates are not translated yet in that version. So a workaround for people packageing distributions (like Skolelinux :) can use i18n from 3.5.7 with 3.5.8 and have kmail working and a few less translations (which is not a good solution, but it works) It it the quotation that is faulty, it ought to be " and ", not « and » (as used in normal Norwegian sentences), the quotation is obviously not meant to be viewed, but parsed. I will upload a fix, expect this to be fixed in the next release. BTW: I found the same fault in KDE4, so i corrected that too. Thank you, Axel. |
