When entering passwords you say? pinentry opens the dosboxes - thus it looks like a pinentry, not a kleopatra bug. This was confirmed by Marcus/Werner to be a bug in the gpgme stack. What do we do with such bugs? Close them, add them to the aegypten issue tracker, ask Werner and Marcus to get a bugs.kde.org account? This is suspected to be a problem in GnuPG. It is reported here: https://bugs.g10code.com/gnupg/issue875 I suggest to close this KDE issue only if the GnuPG is closed as resolved, ie. the problem indeed was on the crypto backend side. Problem was successfully fixed in backend, so this issue can be resolved as well. |
