Chat Window -> Confgure Shortcuts
Changes have effect only until this exact chat window exists. When it's closed, all changes are forgotten

Chat Window -> right click -> Text Position, Icon Size
Radio-buttons can be selected, but nothing changes

Settings -> Configure -> Behavior -> Message Handling
If any of the radio-buttons are selected, Apply button remains disabled. If OK is pressed, nothing is saved.

Those bugs seems to be fixed in trunk 4.1 version
