Version:           3.4.0 (using KDE 3.4.89 (>= 20050508), compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.3 (cygwin special)
OS:                CYGWIN_NT-5.1 (i686) release 1.5.25(0.156/4/2)

When I start KDE on cygwin, I never see the taskbar on the screen. I tried to change all options related to it without success.
When I reduce the windows in icons, I get the same behaviour. I think it is the same problem.

I can't see any traces on the console (or let me know how to access it).

Kdesktop is no more mantained. Fortunatly this bug seems not to be valid for
KDE 4. Please reopen if this bug is not a kdesktop one (and it is not solved)
or it can be reproduced on KDE 4.

Bug closed. Kdesktop is no more mantained.
