Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc version 4.1.2 20061115 (prerelease)
OS: Linux

Google Books permits searching for a term in the book. If the term is found on the current page, a light yellow highlight is applied to the text (effectively making the background light yellow). In Konqueror, instead of just changing the background, the foreground (text) color is also changed, effectively blotting out the search term.

To see the problem in action, use the link below to get to a book page. Then find "search in this book" and search for something that is on the page like "two".

That works fine in trunk (future 4.0) as opacity is now supported. However, it seems that on the first match opened or such the highlight doesn't show up.

On my machine, opening a Google Books result makes Konqueror close instantly.

I cannot find the "search in this book" :-(

Looks just fine now
