Description Toralf Förster 2007-12-20 11:25:43 UTC
Version: 1.9.7 (using KDE 3.5.7, Gentoo)
Compiler: Target: i686-pc-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.23-gentoo-r4

After removing a subfolder I'd expect that the +/- button to the left of the folder name would went away. However it stays until KMail is restarted.

I cannot reproduce this bug in both Kmail 1.9.50 and 1.9.7 (from KDE 3.5.8).
I've tested it even in IMAP folders.

All is working correctly.

Try to update your KDE version.

Ok, might be 3.5.8 solved the issue however I can reproduce it under 3.5.7 under a special condition :

I have within KMail under "local folders" 1 folder named "Archive". Under this I created the folder "foo" and within that the folder "bar". Then I exited KMail. Immediately after I started KMAil again I moved "bar" 1 level higher under "Archiv" and got that issue.

However if I didn't finished KMail I couldn't reproduce this behaviour.

Ok, I've reproduced this exact behaviour in both kmail 1.9.7 and 1.9.50.
