When you select File->Import feeds... then select a .opml file the feed list doesn't get update, but the feeds are loaded correctly. If you do a "Fetch All Feeds" from the toolbar Akregator downloads all the feeds it imported.
If you close the application and then re-open it, the feed list is correctly diplayed

Resolved in latest KDE 4.x version
