I can confirm this using 4.00.80 compiled from svn. Every time I login I need to re-adjust my Pointer Acceleration mouse settings. Compiled on Kubuntu. Same here, version 4.0 installed on Fedora 8 from rpms. Problem still exists as of Rev 773072. From the looks of it, if I use whole values they work. A setting of 0.7 does not. The value is definitely being saved in the config file, it just doesn't want to read it. Fix committed at rev 77342 Problem still exists in 4.0.4 version shipped with openSUSE 11.0. Whole values actually do work - thanks for the hint. However, the set value is correctly stored in kcminputrc. Cannot reproduce on current trunk (~4.2 beta2). Are you still experiencing this bug? No, it's been ok since like 4.1 beta release. |
