I have a picture to show what I am talking about but there is no upload feature on this bugzilla. 

In Akregator basiclly the background blue text and KDE Symbols is on top of text and not behind it. This is the initial Akregator page.

Comfirmed still in the newest builds

Apparently fixed in 4.1.x, reopen if not.
